I fell asleep on the couch last night around 7:30, and Casey woke me up at 9:00 to go to bed. I did my homework quickly and was in bed by 9:45 for a full night’s sleep! I feel SO MUCH BETTER today! Amazing what a difference sleep can make.
Also feel better because of this delicious bowl of oatmeal…
Coffee-soaked oats, with bananas, PB2, almonds, and honey drizzle…
Bananas on top today, instead of mixed in – delicious and sweet! (But since a few of you have asked – YES, you can put mix ins into the rice cooker oats the same way you would on the stovetop!)
I love the tangy sweetness that just a small touch of honey gives.
Off to learn more about the dining room! I stopped at the Gap yesterday and got a new pair of black pants. My teacher seems really relaxed, and these pants are soooo much better than the hammer pants that they gave us.
I still feel ridiculous in this outfit – makes me miss my kitchen pajama-wear :) Back tonight with a fun GIVEAWAY! Make sure to check back, especially if you like Greek yogurt – yum!
