		<description>I made a modified version of this last night and was blown away!  I left out the chocolate and added a little bit of powdered ginger.  It was incredible.  I love the method for cooking the tofu.  I have never had much success with cooking tofu and home, but this turned out perfectly crispy.  I think I&#039;m going to make this again tonight, but be more adventurous and add the chocolate this time!</description>
