		<description><![CDATA[I cannot agree more with what you&#039;ve said! I feel the same way as you. I like to eat A LOT too... never been one for nibbling on rich foods. Some people think I&#039;m depriving myself and always ask me why I don&#039;t eat sweets, but I&#039;d much rather gorge myself on healthy foods than just eat a little bit of something unhealthy ;) Finally, someone understands, hah!]]></description>

Even though I believe that I have learned about nutrients and healthy eating a lot during the last couple of years, my relationship with food has not been so easy. I realized that I was the person who constantly complains about being stuck at the red lights and usually that leads me to binge on sugary food. You made me realize that I should change my mindset.
