		<description><![CDATA[Good morning!! I have been following your blog for a little over a month now, and I wanted to tell you how much of an inspiration you are!  I am new to finding healthy living blogs, and it has really helped me on my journey to a healthier lifestyle.

My next step is to begin running.  I&#039;ve run in the past (I was in track in high school, and I ran in college), but I&#039;ve lost my motivation over the last couple of years.  I&#039;ve just started to develop an interest in starting running again, but it has definitely been a challenge.  Your blog, and this post, have been an inspiration.  I can see how many people you have touched and influenced by reading your blog, myself included.
