I was up before the sun this morning – draaaaagged myself out of bed to get to a 6:30 hot vinyasa class. I never want to get out of bed, but always remind myself how glad I am once I do!
Yoga was awesome as usual. Got to see friends, Kath and Jen, and sweat my heart out for 60 minutes. I knew it would be a good class the minute it started, when Jeff Buckley’s Hallelujah came on as the first song. LOVE it! My legs felt really shaky from yesterday’s run, but once I got warmed up I found my groove.
I came home to find this bowl of deliciousness waiting for me in the fridge…
Another RICE breakfast bowl! Casey made rice last night for dinner, and soaked the leftovers in a bit of Almond Breeze overnight.
I topped mine off with more milk, a TON of frozen blueberries, raisins, sliced almonds, pepitas, raisins, and cacao nibs (my newest obsession).
So fun and different – I like to mix things up here and there. When there is so much good food to be eaten, why make the same things every day?
FRIDAY on the farm! Cooking lunch and dinner today – wheeeeeeee!

Loving the rice bowls for breakfast. And your topping combo sounds like perfection. :)

Are those the nibs from Trader Joe’s? If so… love them! I buy about 10 packs at a time – no joke.

This looks alot like my breakfast! I love topping yogurt with nuts, seeds and nibs. I also love to mash avocado, banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup and chia seeds and top with nuts and raisins and coconut. YUM
