Well keeping it in water it critical, so you are doing it right! If it was me, I would probably only give it a week or so. But tofu doesn’t last very long in our house! :)

So – how many days, truly, can you leave a brick of tofu in your fridge? That is, already unsealed and in a plastic container of water? I change the water every 3 days or so. It smells ok, but how will I know when it’s expired?

Haha, I love the pictures of your dogs. Their faces are so expressive!

I’m still working on perfecting your tofu method, but it’s definitely been better crispy than when I first started experimenting with tofu! I wish I could find the lite version somewhere around here.

Basil is out of control crazy when Jason is out of town… there is no way we get more than a couple hours of sleep the first night or two… :)

We have a chocolate lab and a yellow lab also! Aren’t they the best dogs. We also have a pomeranian who is king of the dogs. You need one! Just kidding, two dogs are enough, three is a handful!

Your dogs are sooooo cute!!! Makes me want to get a dog :) I never been much of a tofu fan but yours looks delicious! I agree eating along sometimes can be tough, glad your dogs are there to comfort you!
