		<description>I should do a fritatta post, since they are much easier to explain with pictures.  BUT - the short version is that you saute the vegetables in a non-stick pan, and mix up your egg mixture on the side.  Once the veggies are cooked, pour the eggs into the pan and let it sit for about 5 minutes until the bottom and sides are well cooked and browning.  Then pop it under the broiler to cook the rest of the top, and pull it out once you can tell the middle is cooked (not jiggly).  SO GOOD!</description>

		<description>Hmmm that&#039;s a tricky one.  Maybe try adding some semi-cooked millet?  It&#039;s a similar flavor.  I haven&#039;t tried this though, so no promises that it would work!</description>
