		<description><![CDATA[I would be nervous that the corn husks actually WOULD catch on fire.  I would definitely soak them first if you&#039;re going to try.  The peppers won&#039;t catch because they are naturally full of moisture, but corn husks aren&#039;t.  You can do anything on a grill pan!  Just watch out for direct open flames.]]></description>
