Love your site.. I need advise on how to avoid gaining weight on a vegetarian diet. My body does better under a protaein bas diet. As I quit meats and I am forced to get more carbs, I see myself gaining weight. I would love if I can get any advise from you.

I’m the same! I went vegan last year and have gained 11 pounds!! I feel healthy and am happy with what I’m eating but I know my weight isn’t healthy – I could use some tips too. Thanks for posting this message!

Emily, I stumbled across your blog a few weeks ago and have fallen in love with everything about it [and you]. Congrats on a beautiful corner of the Internet, achieving your goals, and the upcoming Little One, I’m excited to join in the journey from afar (Canada). All the best, and thank you for sharing. E
