My personal running and wedding planning blog has grown quite a bit since its birth in January 2008. Over the course of time, it has transformed from my online diary for friends and family, to a widely read healthy cooking resource read by people all over the world. I am SO grateful for all of my amazing readers. I have also been lucky enough to be featured in online and print publications, do freelance work for several national magazines, as well as participate in contests and attend conferences across the country.
I am currently accepting opportunities for additional freelance writing and recipe submissions. Please email me if you have an opportunity and you think I might be a good fit.

Congrats on all the press! JWU just contacted me, the president of the university asked the Marketing Director to feature me in The Scoop! Small start but I’m excited!
